I got involved in this business in 2007 while building a property business and I nearly dismissed the idea before I properly understood it.
I wasn’t looking to get a job that would take me away from my home and children and tie me down to rigid hours.

What I love about that is the fact that being self employed you can work when you want and take time off when you need as well without having to ask permission from anybody.

Now what this has enabled me to do is go part time in my cabin crew job. So I have the best of both worlds now.
At 63, I found myself at a point in life where I felt the traditional working world had pretty much decided I was no longer employable. I didn’t agree. 💜
I still had so much to give, plenty of life experience, skills I’d built over decades and, most importantly, the desire to keep learning and doing something worthwhile. Initially, my reasons were quite simple. My partner and I wanted the freedom to continue visiting friends around the world 🌍 — and I wanted to start a much-needed bathroom fund! 😂 What I never expected was how much my goals would change. I started building something for myself and discovered I was capable of far more than I realised. Every year my reasons for continuing evolve because I never imagined I would achieve what I have or that I would eventually have ambitions to build and lead my own team.
Along the way, I’ve continued developing my skillset, learning things I never thought I would need to know and growing in confidence. It hasn’t all been plain sailing. There have been ups and downs, challenges, mistakes and plenty of learning, but isn’t that life?
One of the biggest things I’ve learned is that our age doesn’t determine what we’re capable of. If you’ve already survived everything life has thrown at you, adapted when things haven’t gone according to plan and picked yourself up more times than you care to remember, you probably already have many of the qualities needed to build something successful for yourself. I’ve also learned how important it is to have the right people around you. The amazing friendships I’ve made and being part of such a caring and supportive team, alongside ongoing training and encouragement, have helped me achieve things I genuinely didn’t think possible when I first started.
There are also extraordinary initiatives and incentives available that make this opportunity even more rewarding. In my eyes, there’s no other business that can match what we have here.
I’m a savvy lady, but 20 years ago I never would have imagined myself running my own business. Fate brought me here, and I’m eternally grateful that it did.
I’m still learning. I’m still growing. And I’m certainly not finished yet.

For me, it’s been about creating options. And having those options has changed the way I look at work, time and the future.
I’m Jane and I am 63 years old. My background is PA/Event Organising, working in both London and locally.
After a very toxic restructure in my last job, I decided I did not want to continue working extra hours without getting paid or any other compensation and the increased hours and pressure were becoming quite relentless. I wanted to do something for me, where I was my own boss and could be more selective at the hours I worked. I also wanted my new venture to be beneficial to other people.
I found this opportunity on a Working from Home site and decided to give it a try. I can honestly say I just wish I had known about this earlier as it really is the most incredible opportunity. I have been active for about 2.5 years and it is now my “job” and I am totally my own boss. I have met some lovely people who have been so grateful at how much money they have saved each month and now helping other people boost their income/ reduce their hours in their day job. I have achieved some incredible incentives, just by helping other people and I don’t think there is another opportunity like it.

My name is Penny I got involved in this business at the age of 42. At the time I was a police officer on the child protection unit. Juggling shift work and bringing up a 3 and 6 year old along with my hubby. I started my business initially for an extra couple of hundred pounds to help to pay for the breakfast and after school clubs. I quickly realised I enjoyed it more than being the police and I set a plan to leave the police, which I was able to do 10 years earlier than I would have retired normally. Its enabled me to also be there for our youngest daughter who has medical conditions which required frequent hospital stays. Priceless as I was there for her 24/7 something that I wouldn’t have been able to do had I still been working....
Erica 58 a full time primary school teacher
When I joined the business, I wasn’t actively looking for an opportunity. I certainly wasn’t looking for an exit income. However, I did realise I didn’t want to teach until I was 65, and I knew my work life balance was dipping the wrong way. What I did know was that I wanted more control over my life, I still wanted says help empower people and I wanted to keep growing my own skill set.
Since I joined the business, I have gradually reduced my teaching hours leading to retirement at 56. Still very much a people person, I spend my time meeting up with friends and family and don’t take for granted the flexibility I now have to visit my parents who live 2 hours away at the drop of a hat - something I could never do when I was teaching.
Much of my business now is built through business networking which I love as I can use my own learning, reading and contacts to support other people in building their own businesses. Still supporting other people with their learning is still incredibly important to me as are the charities I now have the time and headspace to support.
But my real driving force now is the legacy that I am building for my sons as my residual income will pass on to them in my will – I will come back and haunt them on 21st of each month with ‘Fun Money from Mum!’ and this is all being built whilst I enjoy the here and now.

My name is Dave and i’m 48, I joined the business 12 years ago, In the past i’ve not been brilliant with money, so the chance to earn a residual passive income really appealed to me, it allowed my wife to be able to finish work when our son was born and not work for his years before school. I used to help manage and run leisure centres, but alongside that, I used to also have a couple of part-time jobs.… I’ve been able to completely buy back my time and give up my other jobs, which means I’m able to be there for my children.

When I joined this business, it was simply just to get out of that. This business has offered me so much more than just that. It’s offered me amazing memories, it’s changed me as a person and it’s grown me so much over the last year.
I started my business 7 years ago while running my ECO business, helping local communities access free Government grants to improve insulation, heating & renewables.
What drew me to it was simple: helping people cut their household bills and earn extra cash to ease the cost of living.
Since then, it’s become a big part of my life, working with people from different backgrounds and building a network of customers and others running their own businesses.
